Study Abroad and Exchange important dates
Application deadlines
Study Abroad
- Semester 1 (February-July) applications are due by 1 December of the previous year
- Semester 2 (July-December) applications are due by 15 May
The Victorian College of the Arts (VCA) application dates for Study Abroad are the same as for Exchange students below.
Exchange
- Semester 1 (February-July) applications are due by 1 November of the previous year
- Semester 2 (July-December) applications are due by 1 April
Note: Late applications may be accepted in special circumstances. Students are advised to apply as early as possible to avoid visa delays.
