Pathways to the University of Melbourne

Foundation programs
The University of Melbourne recommends undertaking foundation studies at Trinity College Foundation Studies (TCFS). Benefits of TCFS include:
- Guaranteed places at the University of Melbourne for students who obtain the required scores
- Accelerated and extended programs to meet individual students' needs
- Extensive pastoral care and welfare program
- Located on the campus of the University of Melbourne
A person with a satisfactory pass in one of the following approved programs is deemed to have qualifications equivalent to the Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE) for the purposes of satisfying Statute 11.1.4, provided the person has satisfactorily completed a secondary school recognised by the National Office of Overseas Skills Recognition (NOOSR) as equivalent to the penultimate year of the VCE.
