How to accept or defer an offer
How to accept your offer
International applicants who receive an offer from the International Centre can download the Offer Acceptance Information booklet (PDF*, 1.3mb, 12 pages). This includes an acceptance form to be returned.
Alternatively you can contact the International Centre to have a copy posted to you.
How to defer your offer
Circumstances sometimes mean that you need to commence your studies later than you originally planned. You may apply to defer your offer for up to one year from the commencement date on your original letter of offer.
If you find you need to defer, please complete the Deferral Request form or write to International Admissions requesting a deferral and stating your preferred commencement date.
If permission to defer your offer is granted, you will be notified in writing by the University that your place has been secured.
Applying for a different course
If you defer your offer of a place in a course and later wish to be considered for a different course from the one you deferred, you will need to submit a written request to International Admissions.
